Announcement of Scrip Reference Share Price

Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 26 February 2018 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2017 of 19.5p per share payable on 12 June 2018. The deadline for receipt of elections was 18 May 2018.

The Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative is 1519.00p.

This figure is based on the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 21 May 2018 and ending on 29 May 2018.
