Exercise of Options and Director's Dealing

Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc ("Beeks" or "the Company") announces that the Company has issued a total of 534,480 new ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each ("New Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the Beeks Financial Cloud Employee Share Option Plan.  Application has been made for the New Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 4 June 2018 ("Admission"). 

Following Admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM, the Company will have 50,043,100 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company also confirms that it received notification today that on 24 May 2018 Will Meldrum, a Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 23,500 ordinary shares at a price of 70.0 pence per share.  Following this purchase, Will Meldrum holds a total of 23,500 shares in the Company, representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued share capital.
