Annual General Meeting

Medica Group Plc (LSE:MGP, "Medica" or the "Company"), the UK market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, is holding its Annual General Meeting at 10.00 a.m. today at the offices of Eversheds Sutherlands (International) LLP at One Wood Street, London EC2V 7WS.

Medica's Chairman, Roy Davis, will provide the following update at the AGM: 2018 has started well. Medica is performing in-line with the Board's expectations and recruitment of radiologists has continued to be strong. The anticipated full year 2018 results remain in line with the Board's expectations.

Medica is the UK market leader by revenue in the provision of teleradiology services, providing outsourced interpretation and reporting on MRI (magnetic resonance imaging), CT (computerised tomography) and plain film (x-ray) images.
