Cineworld Group plc (the "Company")

Additional Listing

Applications have been made by the Company to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission of 43,030 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each (the "Shares") to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.

The Shares have been allotted pursuant to the Cineworld Group 2007 Sharesave Scheme and rank equally in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. 

It is expected that admission of the Shares will be effective on 29 May 2018.
