The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 and Notice of Annual General Meeting will today be published and posted to shareholders.

The Company confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 73, Cornhill, London EC3V 3QQ on Monday 18 June 2018 at 11.15 a.m.

The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting will also be available to be viewed on, or downloaded from, the Company's website at investors.comptoirlibanais.com.
