Grant of Options
The Company announces that it has today granted a total of 59,119 options over ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Options") to the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs), pursuant to the Company's Sharesave scheme (the "Scheme"):

The Options vest from 2021 onwards and are exercisable at a price of 75.1 pence per share, subject to the individuals' continued participation in the Scheme. Following the above grants, the Company has a total of 2,327,460 ordinary shares currently under option, representing approximately 2.7 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
