Employee Benefit Trust Dealings

Company has received notice by RBC cees Trustee Limited as trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), that on 15 May 2018, the EBT transferred 61 ordinary shares of 1pence in the Company ("Shares") to meet employee awards under the 2015 and 2016 Long Term Incentive Schemes (the "Schemes").

Following this transfer the EBT now holds [169,386] ordinary shares, representing 1.22% of the Company's current voting rights.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, who have been granted awards under the Scheme.
