The Company hereby announces that it has been notified that in respect of the final dividend for 2017, Daragh Fagan (a person discharging managerial responsibility) acquired 1,202 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company as a result of his participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP).  The shares were purchased on 16 May 2018 at £3.2135 each.
