Notice of Capital Markets Days

Rentokil Initial plc will be holding a Capital Markets Day for investors and analysts this morning in London and tomorrow, 17 May 2018, in New York.

The event will include a series of presentations by Senior Executive and operational management to provide greater insight into the Group as well as product demonstrations to showcase Rentokil Initial's use of technology and innovation to create value.  Sessions will include the dynamics of the pest control industry, the Rentokil business model, our North America operations, pest control opportunities in Emerging markets, leveraging M&A, our financial model to compound growth and our focus on becoming an Employer of Choice. 

No new material trading or financial information will be disclosed.  The Company's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2018 will be published on 31 July 2018. 

Today's presentations will be web cast live and will be available on a replay facility for the foreseeable future at www.rentokil-initial.com.
