Block Listing Application

Hansard Global plc (the "Company") announces that an application ("the Application") has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for the block listing of 700,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), to be admitted to trading on The London Stock Exchange. 

The Application relates to Ordinary Shares to be issued from time to time in order to satisfy the potential exercise of share options granted under the employee share scheme:

Hansard Global Sharesave Option Plan 2007 to 2017

It is expected that admission will become effective on 15 May 2018.

When issued, the Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company.

There are currently 137,449,611 Ordinary Shares in issue with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
