Brave Bison Group plc (AIM: BBSN), the social video company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 and Notice of the Annual General Meeting have today been sent to shareholders and are available on the Company's website at www.bravebison.io.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 13 June 2018 at Radisson Blu Edwardian Kenilworth Hotel, 97 Great Russell St, Fitzrovia, London WC1B 3LB.
