Clareti win with global Tier 1 bank in regulatory control

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham" or the "Group"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time data integrity and control solutions, is pleased to announce a significant Clareti contract win with a global Tier 1 bank in regulatory control.

A leading global investment bank and wealth manager, identified as a Global Systemically Important Bank (G-SIB), has selected Clareti Transaction Control (CTC) to implement regulatory reporting controls across multiple asset classes and operating businesses in support of its global obligations under the G20 Financial Regulatory Reforms. Integrated Clareti 24 Adapters have been selected to handle complex data manipulation prior to enrichment and matching between internal bank systems and trade reporting entities such as ESMA, CFTC, MAS and ASIC. The new platform will provide operational transparency, help improve the integrity of data and provide a more flexible capability to address changing regulatory requirements in the future.

The contract has a minimum committed value of £1.2 million over the initial 3-year term, with potential for additional software revenues as the use of the platform grows.
