International Public Partnerships Limited, the listed infrastructure investment company ("the Company", "INPP") is today announcing that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Lefebvre Place, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 11 June 2018 at 10.00 am. The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been dispatched to all shareholders.

A copy of the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
