Block Listing Application

Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma"), a leading technology based provider of communications services to the UK business market, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 860,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to AIM.

The purpose of the block listing is to satisfy options awarded under the Gamma Company Share Option Plan, the Gamma Long Term Incentive Plan and the Gamma Savings Related Share Option Scheme. The Shares are expected to be admitted to trading at 8:00am on 10 May 2018. Any Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
