Director and PDMR Dealings

Further to the announcement made on 26 April 2018, which detailed the vesting and allotment of ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') under the Company's Performance Share Plans, and following the Admission of those new Ordinary Shares on 27 April 2018, each of the Directors and PDMRs listed below has now sold the following number of Ordinary Shares, at a price of 81.6p per Ordinary Share:

* 108,941 of the Ordinary Shares sold by Pat Ward, 315,657 of the Ordinary Shares sold by Rob Wood, 171,781 of the Ordinary Shares sold by Alan Mackenzie, and 68,332 of the Ordinary Shares sold by Ross McDonald were sold to meet the Income Tax and National Insurance liabilities of the participants.

In addition, Breedon has been advised that Peter Tom CBE, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 81.0p per Ordinary Share.  Following this transaction, Mr Tom is interested in 42,744,063 Ordinary Shares representing 2.55% of the Company's issued share capital.
