Bristol Water plc announces the appointment of Indradoot Dhar to the Board of Bristol Water plc as a non-executive director with effect from 8 May 2018. 

Indradoot Dhar is an Investment professional employed by iCON Infrastructure LLP to help oversee activity within its investment funds.  Indradoot first joined iCON in 2006 as part of the Deutsche Bank graduate class, working on investments across all infrastructure sectors. Between 2013 to 2017 Indradoot worked at Cambridge Associates, a global investment consulting firm, where he advised pension funds and sovereign wealth funds on asset allocation and investments in infrastructure and real assets In 2017, he re-joined iCON to focus on asset management and risk management, including Bristol Water.

Bristol Water Chairman Keith Ludeman said: "We are very pleased to welcome Indradoot to our Board.  Indradoot has been a regular observer at Board meetings over the last 12 months and has provided much valued liaison between iCON and the executive of the Company.  He has also been appointed a member of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee."
