Inland ZDP PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Gary John Skinner as a director with immediate effect. 

Gary joined Inland Homes as a Managing Director in February 2016 and has been responsible for delivering construction partnerships and joint venture developments, as well as overseeing the Health and Safety standards, HR and Customer Services.

Mr Skinner (i) is not a director of any other publicly quoted company, nor has he been a director of any other publicly quoted company at any time in the previous five years; (ii) has no convictions in relation to fraudulent offences; (iii) has not been a director or senior manager (who is relevant to establishing that a company has the appropriate expertise and experience for the management of that company) of any company at the time of any bankruptcy, receivership or liquidation of such company; and (iv) has not received any official public incrimination and/or sanction by any statutory or regulatory authorities (including designated professional bodies) or been disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or from acting in the management or conduct of the affairs of a company.
