ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

The Company announces that, following the grant of options to certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities as announced on 22 March 2018, application has been made for 342,129 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari-passu with existing ordinary shares and will be issued to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. It is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 10 May 2018.

Following Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 67,739,803 ordinary shares, of which none are held in treasury. The figure of 67,739,803 may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
