Transfer of shares out of treasury to the Employee Benefit Trust, Voting rights

EVRAZ plc (LSE: EVR) ("EVRAZ" or the "Company") has on 4 May 2018 transferred out of treasury 11,297,476  ordinary shares to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust for nil consideration which will be used to satisfy awards made under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and which will vest in May 2018.

Following the transfer EVRAZ has 63,176,475 treasury shares.

The Company announces in accordance with DTR 5.6.1A that, as at 4 May 2018 and following the transfer, the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,506,527,294 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each. The total number of voting rights attaching to the ordinary shares of the Company is therefore 1,443,350,819.

The above figure (1,443,350,819) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's ordinary shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under Listing Rule 12.6.4, DTR 5.6.1A, DTR 5.6.1R, Article 16 Transparency Directive.
