Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

Total Voting Rights

Coro Energy Plc, the AIM listed Pan Euro-Asian gas explorer, is delighted to announce that further to the announcement on 22 March 2018, Mr James Menzies was appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Ms Sara Edmonson has stepped down to Deputy-CEO and remains on the Board of Directors. These changes were effective as of 1 May 2018.

James Parsons, Chairman of Coro, commented:

"I am very pleased to welcome James to the Board of Coro at this exciting time as we look to enter South East Asia and accelerate towards establishing ourselves as a leading regional gas player. James's prior engagements in South East Asia, deep local knowledge and in-country connectivity are invaluable assets we will deploy to drive shareholder value. James brings several decades of oil industry experience at senior level, and his track record in building Salamander Energy is proven. We look forward to him leading the business as the senior team identifies the right opportunities to create value for investors."

The Company also wishes to announce, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the following information as at 1 May 2018:
