The Company hereby announces that the award granted under the Rentokil Initial plc Performance Share Plan (PSP) in March 2015 to Daragh Fagan (a person discharging managerial responsibility) has today been exercised with 55,268 of these shares subsequently being sold at a share price of 308.0p to cover his tax and national insurance liability.
