Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG, 'the Company'), the developer and provider of patented polymer based technologies with multiple commercial applications, announces that its Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2017 will be posted to shareholders today together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM').

The AGM will be held at the offices of Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP, 7 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4YH on 23 May 2018 at 9.30am.
