Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Katrina Markham, a PDMR, that she has sold 1,077 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each ("Shares") in the Company on 26 April 2018 at a price of 1482.91p per share, and that a person closely associated with Katrina Markham has sold 1,077 Shares in the Company at a price of 1480.14p per share.

Both transactions were executed in GDP.
