Jennifer Duvalier appointed non-executive director

NCC Group plc (LSE: "NCC" or the "Company"), the independent global cyber security and risk mitigation expert, announces the appointment of Jennifer Duvalier as a non-executive director. She joins the Board with effect from 25 April 2018.

Jennifer has extensive experience in creating people and culture strategies to maximise business performance in fast-paced international organisations. She was Executive Vice President of People at ARM Holdings plc, with responsibility for all People and Internal Communications activity globally, from September 2013 to March 2017. She is currently non-executive director of Mitie Group plc and of Guardian Media Group plc, where she also Chairs the Remuneration Committee. She is a member of Council of the Royal College of Art and Chair of its Remuneration Committee. From September 2007 to August 2013, she was Group People & Culture director at UBM plc and was Group HR director at Emap plc from October 2003 to August 2007.

The Company confirms that there is no additional information which is required to be disclosed under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
