Posting of Report & Accounts and 2018 Annual General Meeting

Further to the announcement of the Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2017 on 19 April 2018, Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH) confirms that its Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 will be available from 12.00 noon today on the Company's website at www.rockhopperexploration.co.uk. Hard copies have been posted to those shareholders who elected to receive them today together with the documentation for the 2018 Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at 12.00 noon on Friday 18 May at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HA. Details of the arrangements for the meeting will be posted on the Company's website in advance of the meeting.
