Director/PDMR Shareholding

Intercede, the software and service company specialising in identity, credential management and secure mobility, was notified on 24 April 2018 that on the same day, Chuck Pol, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 62,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares"), at a price of 29.0 pence per share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr. Pol's total beneficial interest in the Company is 133,037 Shares representing approximately 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
