Tribal is pleased to announce that, at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. The votes are as follows:

Notwithstanding that resolution 9 was passed by the requisite majority, the Board notes that a small number of significant shareholders voted against the resolution. The Board will be contacting these shareholders to discuss their votes against this resolution and against resolutions 10, 11 & 12 which were withdrawn 23rd April 2018.
