Following release by the Company on 15 March 2018 of the Company's Preliminary Results for the financial year ended 31 December 2017, the Company announces that it has posted to shareholders the documents listed below:

·      The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2017

·      Notice of the 2018 Annual General Meeting

·      Form of Proxy for the 2018 Annual General Meeting

The Company will be holding its 2018 Annual General Meeting at 10:00am on Thursday, 17 May 2018 at the etc. venues, 8 Fenchurch Place, Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 4PB.
