Dividend Correction - Payment Date

Further to the dividend declaration announcement on 13 April 2018, NewRiver confirms that the payment date for the fourth quarterly dividend of 5.25 pence per share in respect of the year ending 31 March 2018 will be 25 May 2018. To receive the fourth quarterly dividend scrip alternative, shareholders need to make the election ahead of the dividend election date on 14 May 2018. 

As previously stated, the dividend will be paid to shareholders on the register at close of business on 27 April 2018 and the ex-dividend date will be 26 April 2018.
