Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that, on 10 April 2018, Matthew Williams, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and a PDMR, transferred a total of 47,684 ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the following individuals, each being closely associated persons as defined by the EU Market Abuse Regulation:

·     A gift of 29,177 Ordinary Shares to his wife, Lucia Williams

·     A gift of 6,169 Ordinary Shares to each of his three children

Matthew Williams also transferred 29,177 Ordinary shares into an ISA.

The total shareholding in the Company of Matthew Williams together with closely associated persons is unchanged as a result of the dealings.

The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
