Shareholder Conference Call

Tern Plc(AIM:TERN), the investment company specialisingin the Internet of Things ("IoT"), is pleased to announce that it will hostashareholder conference call with accompanying presenta(on slidesat 10:30 AMGMT on Thursday 26 April 2018.

The call will be hosted by the Company's CEO, Al Sisto, who will discuss the recent developments related to Tern and its por1olio companies as well asanswering pre-submi3ed shareholder ques(ons.The call will also provide ageneral update on the outcome of the AGM.
