The Company has been notified that Rob Parker, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and a PDMR, on 10 April 2018 sold 97,500 ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 69 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Company has also been notified that Danielle Parker, being a person closely associated to Rob Parker, on 10 April 2018 purchased 97,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 69 pence per Ordinary Share.
