In conformity with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) the Company hereby notifies the market that with effect from 9 April 2018 non-executive Director, Cathryn Riley, became a director of Chubb European Group plc as a result of Chubb European Group Limited converting to a public limited company on that date. Cathryn Riley had previously been a director of Chubb European Group Limited since 26 April 2014.
