Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of microwave electronics products for the wireless telecoms infrastructure market and adjacent markets, announces that the Company received notification on 9 April 2018 that Mrs D. M. Dixon is now a holder of 29,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 14.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
