JUPITER FUND MANAGEMENT PLC (the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified the following transactions have been undertaken over ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Shares") in the Company.

Jasveer Singh exercised and sold his Joiner Plan options over 25,992 shares on 3 April 2018.

Nicholas Ring exercised his Joiner Plan options over 32,162 shares and sold 15,190 shares to cover resulting tax liabilities on 4 April 2018.
