Annual Report and Accounts 2017 and Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting

Following the announcement on 28 February 2018 of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2017, Foxtons Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts 2017.

The Company also announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting at 10.00am on Thursday 17 May 2018 at the Company's head office at Building One, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5BE.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2017 and the Notice of the 2018 Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at www.foxtonsgroup.co.uk.  They will also shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Copies of those documents, together with a form of proxy for use in connection with the 2018 Annual General Meeting, are being posted or made available to the Company's shareholders today.
