Director Appointment and Issue of Options

Cambridge, UK.  GetBusy plc (AIM: GETB), a leading document management software business, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement on 8 November 2017, following a satisfactory handover with Chris Hagglund, Paul Haworth, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed to the Board, with immediate effect.  He will also serve as Company Secretary.

On 4 April 2018, Paul Haworth was granted 1,020,000 nil-cost options over ordinary shares in the Company.  The options vest in accordance with the rules of the GetBusy plc Long Term Incentive Plan and represent 2.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
