Notification of interests of Directors and Persons Discharging

Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each ('Shares').

Vesting of Award

On 3 April 2018 the share-based awards granted by the Company on 30 March 2015 under the Derwent London Performance Share Plan 2014 (the 'Awards') vested and the PDMRs noted below acquired Shares in connection with the vesting of their Awards. On the same date, the PDMRs choose to sell a proportion of their vested Shares to discharge the relevant tax obligations, in all cases at an average price of £30.78 per Share.

The Directors are each required to retain their net of tax liability number of vested Shares delivered under this Award for at least two years from the point of vesting. 

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation and Rule 3.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
