Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Colin Keogh and Anne MacDonald, Non-Executive Directors, that they have each purchased Ordinary Shares of 6.5p in the Company ('Shares').

Mr Keogh and Ms MacDonald purchased 1,807 and 1,507 Shares respectively on 29 March 2018 at the same price of £14.45. The transactions were executed in GBP.
