Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), the Company announces the following:

As at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital consists of 5,125,286,982 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 5,125,286,982.

The above figure of 5,125,286,982 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Vast Resources plc is an AIM listed mining and resource development company focussed on the rapid advancement of high quality brownfield projects and recommencing production at previously producing mines in Romania.

Vast Resources currently own and operates the Manaila Polymetallic Mine in Romania, which was commissioned in 2015.  The Company's portfolio also includes the Baita Plai Polymetallic Mine in Romania, where work is currently underway towards obtaining the relevant permissions to start developing and ultimately commissioning the mine.

The Company also has interests in a number of projects in Southern Africa including a 25 per cent. interest in the producing Pickstone-Peerless Gold Mine in Zimbabwe.
