Notice of AGM and Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Global Ports Holding Plc

Further to the release of the Company's 2017 Preliminary Results on 12 March 2018, Global Ports Holding announces that:

(i)         The 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 8 May 2018 at 11.00 a.m. at the Mount Vernon Room in The Westbury Hotel, 37 Conduit Street, London  

(ii)       its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 are published today.

The following documents are being posted or made available to shareholders today:

(a)        Notice of Annual General Meeting;

(b)        Form of Proxy in relation to the Annual General Meeting; and

(c)        The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017.

Copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 December 2017 are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. Both documents are also available to view on the Company's website at http://www.globalportsholding.com
