Termination of Relationship Deed with Oasis Management Company Limited and Resignation of Director

The Board of Premier Foods plc announces that Oasis Management Company Limited has served notice of the termination of its Relationship Deed with the Company, effective 6 April 2018.

Separately, Daniel Wosner (the Oasis nominee to the Board of Premier Foods) yesterday evening notified the Board of his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company which was effective immediately.

Keith Hamill, Chairman of the Board, said: "I would like to thank Daniel for his services whilst on the Board of the Company."
