Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated

The Company announces that it received notification on 28 March 2018 of the following change in the interests of the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") in respect of the undermentioned person discharging managerial responsibilities and person closely associated:

Keith Hamill, non-executive Chairman, acquired 266,666 Shares on the morning of 28 March 2018 at a price of 37.4p per Share. The Shares are held jointly in the names of Mr and Mrs Hamill and, following the acquisition, Mr and Mrs Hamill now hold 266,666 Shares representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.

The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
