Miton Group plc (AIM:MGR.LN) announces that further to its final results announcement on 19 March 2018, it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 (the 'Annual Report') together with a separate Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form to shareholders.

The Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website www.mitongroup.com/investor-relations.

The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting at 10.30 am on Tuesday, 8 May 2018 at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1, Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH.
