Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that, on 27 March 2018, Philip Jacobson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 18,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Cheryl Jacobson, a person closely associated with Mr Jacobson, as a gift for nil consideration.

There is no change to the total number of shares held by Mr Jacobson and his persons closely associated as a result of the transfer. Mr Jacobson and his persons closely associated hold 73,776 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
