Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC and Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC (the "Companies")

Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Boards of the Companies today announce that they have published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the Top-up Offers issued by the Companies, details of which were set out in their prospectus issued on 22 September 2017 and a previous supplementary prospectus issued on 24 January 2018 (the "Offers").

The Supplementary Prospectus being issued today relates to the publication of annual financial results by Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC on 9 March 2018.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and copies will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm, and are available free of charge from the respective registered offices of the Companies at Fifth Floor, 1-2 Royal Exchange Buildings, London EC3V 3LF and Kintyre House, 205 West George St, Glasgow, G2 2LW; and from the website of Maven Capital Partners UK LLP at: https://www.mavencp.com/vctoffer.

The Offers remain open for both of the 2017/18 and 2018/19 tax years.
