Notification of interests of Directors and Persons Discharging

Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each ('Shares').

Vesting of Award

On 23 March 2018, the Company released shares in connection with the vesting of a tranche of awards granted under the terms of the Group's deferred bonus scheme. The shares were deferred on 23 March 2016 in respect to the 2015 annual bonus and released in two tranches, 50% on 28 March 2017 and the remaining 50% on 23 March 2018 (see the table below). On the same date, the PDMRs choose to sell all, or a proportion, of their released shares (which included a number to discharge the relevant tax obligations), in all cases at an average price of £30.27 per share.
