PDMR Dealings - Grant of Options

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), a leading sports nutrition company that develops, manufactures and markets sports nutrition produces for professional athletes and sports enthusiasts announces that it has made awards in the form of nil cost options under the terms of the Company's long term incentive plan ("LTIP") and short term incentive plan ("STIP") including to persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") for the purposes of the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR").  Details of the awards to PDMRs are set out below together with the information required under MAR in respect of PDMR dealings.

Under the LTIP, options have been awarded to PDMRs in respect of 218,579 ordinary shares. The awards will only vest on the achievement of certain performance conditions over the 2018 financial year.  

Awards of options under the STIP have been made to PDMRs in respect of 123,550 ordinary shares. There are no outstanding performance conditions in respect of these options and they are expected to become exercisable from the end of March 2018.
