On 22 March 2018, the Company agreed to buy back 280,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 188.19 pence per ordinary share. The Ordinary Shares bought back will be placed in Treasury.

As a result of the above transaction, the Ordinary Shares in issue, shares held in Treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
