**Halbjahresbericht 2024**

**Highlight Event and Entertainment AG veröffentlicht Ergebnisse für das erste Halbjahr 2024**

-   Der Konzernumsatz lag bei 182,9 Mio. CHF (Vorjahr: 186,4 Mio. CHF).
-   Das Betriebsergebnis (EBIT) betrug -9,9 Mio. CHF (Vorjahr: -15,7 Mio. CHF).
-   Das Konzernperiodenergebnis lag bei -19,2 Mio. CHF (Vorjahr: -23,7 Mio. CHF).
-   Die Eigenkapitalquote betrug 26,5% (31.12.2023: 29,4%). Die konsolidierte Bilanzsumme erhöhte sich auf 828,0 Mio. CHF (31.12.2023: 790,5 Mio. CHF).

Das Segment Film verzeichnete produktionsbedingt einen Umsatzrückgang von 9,3 Mio. CHF, während der Umsatz im Segment Sport und Event sich um 5,9 Mio. CHF erhöhte.

Das Eigenkapital betrug 219,3 Mio. CHF (31.12.2023: 232,1 Mio. CHF).
